For the record my trades this at the moment are looking like: Daw-> Nicholls and Lonergan-> Tom Mitchell (still unsure about second one), let me know your thoughts if you have any.

So how are you copping a donut?

Stanton + Nicholls + 8k
or Kreuzer + TMitchell + 180k

Both rookies are first gamers so it really makes no difference. But I'd probably go the second if you will keep Krooze all season but personally I think they're are better options.
