Top 8 mids

My midfield premiums currently sit as Swan, Ablett, Stanton, Pendlebury, Watson.

I am pretty satisfied these will be in the top 8-10 over the rest of the season.

My question is who should ne the top targets to complete this group (based on performance for the remainder of the season, not based on average for the whole season that includes so far)

Other option to those above that I would consider are Cornes, Jack, Swallow and Murphy.

I should have $$ to do 1 upgrade next week and thinking barlow may be the best target to bring in next. S Selwood is another who looks worth a thought after his bye and Boyd will be cheap on return but need to jump on before his next game which is risky after another injury considering his early form. Deledio and cotchin will be cheap targets after Rd 12 also but will they be top 8-10 from here on?

Barlow hands down - Freo have a very easy draw from now on so I would expect that he will be top 10, maybe even top 5.

The others are harder to pin down, Boyd I would think would be the next most likely.

The Eagles have a hard second half of the season.

I'd Say...

Barlow- Easier run coming up post bye, and dt finals run is beautiful
Scooter- Might struggle a little given that eagles draw gets harder post bye
Boyd- He's boyd, once he finds form will be awesome
Lids-Easier run, but has been known to be quiet often this year
Cotchin- Post bye draw = better than pre bye, and we saw how he finished last year. Extra week off might help him with this leg he seems to be struggling to cope with?

So Barlow, Boyd and Cotch for me probably...

I voted barlow, scooter, lids but I think K.Jack or A.swallow could be in it easily.
personally im looking to finish with Ablett, Swan, Barlow, Pendles, Stanton, Watson, Deledio then one of the many unique options K.jack/A.Swallow/S.Selwood

Barlow, Cotchin & Boyd out of those. A. Swallow and K. Jack would have to be considered top 8 worthy as well.

Beams could break the top targets list, but that remains to be seen.

After next week, my  starting mids will look something like this:

     - Ablett, Swan, Stanton, Pendlebury, Barlow (Bringing in next week), Swallow, Cotchin & Deledio.
