Theres a multitude of options this week. Teams will determine what trades I do but i'm preparing for it all  :P

Which forward premo would you grab?

Money

Jimmy B for me, I'l be getting him in for the round 13 bye, in solid form, and he should go on to average 95-100 from here on

Might throw in a 70 odd every now and then but over the year will average 95-100 so he is solid.

Well the ideal forward line IMO would be:

S. Johnson, N. Reiwoldt, T. Rockliff, J. Bartel, D. Martin, M. Stokes (POD)

So considering Jimmys awesome form and draw, compared to Roo's BE, I'd go Jimmy and get Roo after the byes

henry

Yeah out of jimmy and roo for me too. Loved jimmy's form of late, but the danger in picking him up is that he may be rested in the second half of the year, possibly in dt finals. With the extra trades that should be less of an issue though. Get the brownlow boy  ;)

Bluke

I can't go past Bartel, I'm getting him round 13. Second would be Stokes,, just get the feeling that N Roo will slow down soon.

What are Jimmy's chances of being given an extended break?

Yeah I was thinking the same thing with him and Jelwood.
This is why I've made sure I can field as many player this week as possible.

Not sure about "extended" but as I said would have to be a very good chance of getting a rest late in the season which would only be 1 game. Geelong has form doing this, and it could be in dt finals which could be a pain. I reckon it's worth having him though, as by that time in the season we should have completed our teams anyway thanks to the extra trades and so it won't be a waste to sidewayse premiums.

For a POD I reckon Mitch Robbinson's worth a look. I've had him all year and he started slowly with concussion but has averaged over 90 last 5 weeks without going huge and is building.

Yeah, I was talking up Robbo all pre-season and while he has been disappointing, his last 5 weeks have been great.

99, 83, 97, 89 & 90. Averages 85 this year if you remove his concussion game in round 1, pretty good value at 420k.

bartel for me mate. with forwards generally under performing this season, the occasional 70~ is worth it when you consider his recent form

Exactly, Robbo is ripe for the picking he has found great consistency and hasn't started to stand out yet

I reckon a great POD would also be Harvey. The reasons are twofold:
1) He's been smashing it early
2) My gut tells me so

Windigo

Nic Nat up front is also a consideration.  ;)

its me lads

I interesting points of view. Worried about jimmy getting rested.

Got Nic Nat in ruck. :)
