Last weeks missing captains / emergerncies / any part of a team posted which is missing at time of lockout will have last weeks players used.

As per failing to post your team there will be a warning then punishments in order to prevent any unfair play.

This incident this week was certainly not that case but measures must be in place o avoid unscrupulous behaviour ;)
