All three of these guys will be on the bubble next week but obviously I can only grab two of them. Looking at my rucks i think Nicholls would be a good option for either Gawn or Currie and I would be getting Mitchell in the mids in round 13 anyway.

Current mids:
Ablett, Swan, Pendlebury, Stanton, Watson, Murphy, O'Meara, Fyfe, Evans, Mayes/Neade

Ruck:
Cox, Clarke, Gawn, Currie

This is my mids and rucks after this weeks trades.

Ruck rookies are hard to come by, and Z. Smith's replacement will have the best job security of the lot. Not sure if it'll be Nicholls or Gorringe just yet (wait till teams and hopefully one of them gets dropped to make the decision easier), but I'd jump on the ruckman over the midfield rook - plenty of them floating around.

Yeah would make it easier if say Gorringe was dropped this week, and would it be better to drop Gawn or Currie?

Currie, me thinks. Gawn has much more chance of a call up than Currie.

Okay thanks, unless Goldstein gets injured this week I think I probably will oust Currie

Toga

Yeah dop Currie - he's out injured for another month or so after dislocating his thumb! Also Gawn performed okay in the two's this week, might get a call up. ;)

So yeah I'd get Nicholls but I'm still undecided on which one of Martin & Hrovat to get... Was thinking I might go with Hrovat but think Mitchell might have the better scoring potential... :-X

Yeah the only thing there is JS. I think Hrovat has a pretty good chance of staying in the side whereas Martin may get dropped when the pies get some of their injured players back.

DTCoach

that midfield makes martin a liability with R13 bye though doesnt it? makes it hard to field a team and have to pick him up the week before his bye, making it hard to know his JS when his 4th game is 2 weeks away

Windigo

Hrovat & Nicholls. Martin is a no from me. Too much doubt about his JS...

what about T Mitchell  ????

He's doing the sensible thing :P and grabbing him in Rd 13, when he's on the bubble

If Gorringe gets dropped this weekend, would you consider getting Nicholls in this week? I am wondering whether that would be a good idea or not!?

Hrovat played in rd 9 and got 83 when Boyd got 144.
