31 touches, scored 118. He was sitting over 120 but with the loss was scaled down. I predicted earlier in the week he would go huge. I was thinking maybe 140. If they had won tonight it was a possibility.

MM looked sharp tonight, I've got a gut feeling he'll be running into some serious form from here.

Agreed atleast 130, and probably 2 votes, now he's made it awkward for me to trade out R13, :(

And he played forward most of the 2nd quarter. The one Carlton player that looks like a must is Andrew Walker.

Quite possibly. maybe a candidate for a JJK upgrade, although I'd be watching closely to see how he reacts to some close checking.

I was intending to do that move post byes but he is making it more difficult in terms of price if he keeps playing the way he is

This is suppose to be a ripper game for him but still only got 120. When he gets tagged out he gives you 60 or 70. Didn't really see hocking play a real tight tag on him. If I have any trades left he would be one I would get rid of.

FonFatty

Murphy is a gun, anyone considering trading him because of his decreasing price is not taking SC seriously.
Im sure a Jobe Watson thread will come out when he drops to $520k in a few weeks.

He may be a gun but you expect someone who you pay $600k for to not get 5 sub 100 games in the first 10 rounds... including a 50 and a 70 odd score.

Other than Pendles and GAJ, all the other prem midfielders have been doing the same thing.
For mine, I rate Murphy highly and I believe he will come out of this so called form slump and repay us during the remainder of the season.

At this point looking at the scores he had this year, it's way too up and down. And the up is not that high either. Also watching him play is very nervous, just at the wrong place at the wrong time or over runs the ball etc. I think even a fyfe at this point is more consistent.

I thought one of the commentators said this was Murphy's first 30 + possession game for the year!  :o

If that is true - stay the heck away.

He's only scored under 90 twice (none of those scores before round 7).
I agree, I'd rather not have forked out 600k for a player only averaging 102 after R11, but he really hasn't been terrible...Considering the premium midfielders now, and their inconsistency (besides a few) - I dont think this guy is worth burning a trade. He can also only get better.

If he can't get back to his previous form, id only trade him out if I have some luxury trades. And I surely wont.
