Thoughts on this bye plan

My team at the moment, and have these trades planned. Let me know what you guys think.
Note: I am assuming that my other players are mostly named, in particular Waters, Thurlow, and Gawn.

R11
Daw-->Gorringe
Viney-->Mitchell
If Crouch is not named, Crouch-->Martin

R12
Terlich-->Birchall
O'Meara-->Hrovat
Gawn-->Nicholls

R13
Hutchins-->Hanley
Macaffer-->Dusty

Would leave my team with just the 1 mid and forward upgrade remaining, and either 10 or 11 trades left. If my math is close to correct, $100-150k remaining. More if I do the Crouch-->Martin trade.

All thoughts/opinions on these trades are more than welcome. If you think I should do something different, please say so. Thanks in advance.

Are you swapping Rowe/Cox when you do that Nicholls trade? Hence the 1 forward upgrade.

I like the look of it mate, that's a handy amount of trades to have left with only 2 upgrades to go.

Would be looking at Watson and Pav/Bartel/Walker to finish off that team. Perhaps even grab McEvoy at a cheap price and swing Cox forward?

I would get Nicholls before Gorringe - Just think Gorringe may be the one to go when Dixon returns either this week or next so just wait on Gorringe.

Apart from that looks fine apart from McAffer to Dusty just see who is best performing forward at the time to get in or even keep Caff if he is still churning out 100+ scores. Still not convinced on Dusty

Grab Birchall after his bye and even make some cash..

I would also be doing whatever i could to build some depth in defence. You can't afford to hold Thurlow, Brown and Hutchins in my opinion..

I would be trading in Hanley for Brown after round 12 or something!

Yes, Rowe will be swapped with one of Cox/NicNat. Only have him in the rucks right now do hopefully reduce the number of donuts I have this week.
Will be looking at one of Watson/Swan/Mitchell/Cotchin to finish my mids, and then trade Mundy for another once my team is complete.

Ah ok, might get Nicholls this week then. If Gorringe is named though, should I still get him?
Yeah, Macaffer to Dusty is just a thought at this stage, could be SJ/Bartel etc, but Dusty will be very cheap in a few weeks, hence my consideration. And if Caff is still doing great, I'd hold off on upgrading for a while longer, and wait for Staker/Kennedy to max out.

Waters is definitely on my never again list, ahaha. Just don't want to trade yet because of how good he is when he plays. Once my team is done, I may trade him off to a Hibberd/Heppell/Shaw etc.

He should play his 3rd game in R12 though? I'm not really concerned on my ruck rooks making much money, as I don't expect to be downgrading them again for the rest of the year. As long as they play during rounds 11/12, and every now and then throughout the rest of the year, then I'm happy.

Thurlow, Crouch, Hutchins, Gawn, Daw all in.

Brown out, Waters/Viney/Rowe all still out.

Instead of trading Viney to Mitchell, might trade him to Martin instead. Then trade Crouch to Mitchell after the swans bye.

What are the odds of both Nicholls and Gorringe being out of the Suns' team? Because, if I were to get Nicholls this week, and he got dropped next week, would you say that Gorringe would definitely play?
Also, if I wait on Nicholls, and Gorringe is named next week as well, I would probably put my Birchall upgrade on hold for a week.

Glass 1/2 full or Glass 1/2 empty decision go with gut. Daw could go bang against suns and get his B/e.  Think Nicholls will be first choice for Suns going forward.
