Hey m0nty, have you had any luck in fixing this?
I just posted my ridiculously long captains article only for it to cut off in the first sentence. Of course, I then had to go through and manually change every piece of punctuation...
In total, I had to change 88 punctuation marks manually so that it would post. I'm sure you can imagine how awful a task that was!

If it's not fixable, I'll keep working my way around it, but it'd be great if it could be fixed so that I don't have this issue every week.

Yeah I am having problems with this two

Last night I started a thread, didn't copy and paste anything, just typed it all myself, and when I posted it half of the text disappeared, and then I tried all sorts of stuff, eventually I copied my text into notepad, then copied it from there back into here and it worked.

Any update on this yet?
Its getting damn annoying having to remove pretty much all punctuation from things.

Every time I post the word nyeev it never works, it shows na and then everything else is cut off and not posted

Only happens for "nyeev" which is incredibly bizarre!

(Had to spell it wrong here because it was happening again!)

Try it yourself. Type nyeev but spell it the right way, and then type text after it and when you post everything after na will disappear!

You need to remove any punctuation like " - and sometimes ` as well or it won`t copy and paste

Ringo

I have found and it takes work that if you replace the apostrophes and the " with the ones on the keyboard and remove any dashes it works fine 99% of the time.

Should not have to do this as we should have a FIX by now.

Nige

Yeah, this issue popped up around mid last year from memory (without checking the OP of the thread).
