Well Warner definitely isn't playing in the first test. Has no chance to prove any form and won't get in as an opener with Rogers, Cowan, Watson, Hughes in the team and Khawaja will get in at 6 ahead of David. Might be back in the 4th test though once spud Cowan is dropped.
