These were my thoughts for a year but, He is now dominating the Ruck

What's a top 6 forward, 100 for F6? Nicky will be around 100

powersuperkents

Overall he is one of the top ranked players in the AFL according to their official player ratings :)

they use champion data rankings (SC)

very different from DT ;)

Also it's not accurate! Close yes, but not right for me! Swan should be far higher scoring, Dusty also. SC is either Bias, rigged or

Still a floored system

Colliwobblers

well champion data points are NOT exactly SC points, exactly the same EXCEPT

champion data ranking points are not weighted like SC points, as in time of the game, if game is already decided etc. etc.

bit confusing but the player ratings based on champion data ranking points is the best system.

DT rewards sheer possessions

SC takes into account players actions at certain points of the game therefore is more a game and player rating rather than a pure rating of how the player performed over the game

confused?

what does it matter - nicnat is yet to make the very top level in DT as a ruck or a FWD, this should be his season he finished last season with a bang and is looking good so far... still he needs a lot of possessions and or goals to make the top 6 FWDS in DT

not sure he will get them, but not sure he won't either.

NicNat has been great but we've had a nice little run here against some mediocre teams. I expect he will go 80-90 consistently with the odd 120+ and the odd <60 score :-\

and in SC the 120+ will be 200 and the <60 will be 130 :)

that sort of player, still i reckon he WILL one day be a premium DT'er also, certainly for the ruck maybe even for the FWD line....

one day could be ANY day...

SC lock though!

Let's not forget this guy had NO preseason and is still tearing teams a new one, I really don't understand why ppl are so reluctant to get on board (DT and footy community in general). He WILL be the best ruckman in the comp next year and I see no reason why who he's playing influences his score as he rarely if ever gets loose possessions which is why he is an SC gun.

I don't have him yet but will be turning Burger into him when I can

I love him (as a wce supporter how could you not) and I see him as our most important player.

That no pre-season point will almost certainly work against him in the long run though, chances are he will slow down significantly.

He's not a shocking option by any stretch but I think you *could* go better at this stage.

Colliwobblers

what ELE said is spot on.

and for the record - I agree he is the best ruckman in the AFL. simple. already is and until the american basketball recruits arrive  :o

he always will be. and this translates into SC points.

doesn't translate into DT points tho.

cox and sandi is what translates into DT points.....

hardnut

but Nicnat is outscoring Cox convincingly  :-\ Nicnat is ready, and as for Sandi well who knows how he would score, he'd have to play first..

I don't say this to be argumentative but I just don't get the reticence. Time will tell I spose.

Your spelling is the only thing that's FLAWED... Floored is what my Dream Team was after Birchall's late withdrawal.

This is about him being a forward in DT. As has been said as a ruck, and especially in SC, there's no question.

He wouldn't beat out any of these guys for a spot in my team:
Rockliff, Stevie J, Bartel, Martin, Nroo, Stokes. Maybe even Franklin. Actually he's pretty on par with Roughy for DT potential.
