Rumour is Bobcats would give up pick 4 to Miami for Chris Bosh....

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but Jason Kidd retired & now wants to coach Brooklyn!

Id be tempted to give JKidd a run at it, terriffic basketball mind, not sure if it would translate but DWill would be keen...

The only reason Pick 4 to The Bobcats is a good move is if DH12 already has his FA bags packed for South Beach ;)

Doc Rivers uncertain about coaching future :-\

If he leaves that will really hurt. I rate him as the best coach in the league. Anyone disagree? Apart from Holz of course ::)

Not seeing enough Bynum rumours! Where will the best offensive centre in the league go?

and Carlisle did only win an NBA championship 3 seasons ago

The way Doc motivates his players is like nothing I have ever seen. Has total control of the group and they trust him. We know how hard it is to coach a big three... He led them to a title in their first year in Boston.

Vogel isn't even top 29...

Doc beat Phil in '08 :D and would've the season after too if Perk had stayed healthy :'(

Spo would be going for a 3peat right now if The Real LeBron James stood up in 2011 so ifs r just that...

He is a great coach and nobody else really jumps out at me, Carlisle maybe but i prefer the way Doc goes about his business...

I like me a raspy ex player coach, credibility is a big tick for players buying into ur directions imo

Ok so things are getting very interesting in Boston...

It appears that Ainge wants to blow up the roster and do a rebuild but Doc wants to have one more run at it with PP and KG.

Personally, I think Ainge should bring Pierce, KG and Doc back and go for banner 18 and if we don't get it, then we rebuild. This makes sense as Pierce comes out of contract at the end of next season.

If we trade Bass, Terry and Lee for some pieces, or even just to free cap room to allow us to sign Jack/Pekovic/Jefferson that would really help us out for next season.

We need to address 3 issues...

1. A backup point guard
2. Three point shooting
3. Paint dominance (rebounding, scoring, defense)

If we go into next season with these issues fixed and PP, KG + Doc then we can win the title.
