Is this double trade risky?

Hey all,

Just worked out that I could possibly this week go:

Wines to Priddis
And
Mayes to Franklin (via Neade MPP)

Only just though leaving me with no cash. But then left with only Neade and Dwyer (MPP) and MCaffer in fwd line with reasonable
JS at the moment. Hill possibly to get dropped this week and Crouch likely to go via VFL.
Is that too risky? Or Should I just go with my original plan and go Hill to Priddis and wait until next week.
Praying that Wines and Mayes will not drop much and Buddy will not get his monster B/E.
Not too mention I am still not sure like everyone else of Franklin this year.
Any suggestions appreciated

Cheers

B:Godd, Gibbs, Birchall, Goodes, Vlaustin, Terlich (Brown, Pittard)
M: Ablett, pendles, swan, JPK, Fyfe, Omeara, WINES, MAYES (hill, crouch)
R: Kreuzer, Leuy (Gawn, Rowe)
F: Cox, Martin,Bartel, Kennedy, Rocky, Dwyer (Neade, MCAffer)

23 trades. $260k

I would just go wines to priddis and leave it at that for this week. Saving trades is always golden, buddy won't make his BE and even if he does that will just assure you that he is worth buying. If I were you I would just wait for buddy to drop more and Mayes to rise more, a lot can happen in a week!

i see it the other way i think franklin is a must and is close enough to bottomed out.

but i would not get priddis - is he a top 8 mid? no so will you want him in your final midfield?

you want to be able to get on the bargains over the next two weeks

nicnat (A MUST)  watson cotchin birchall....

so i would downgrade wines not upgrade him, to give you the cash to get on one of next weeks bargain premiums. genuine premium keepers.

tricky bit is who to downgrade wines to? only really crouch and anderson that i back to be super rooks but both out injured, but due back......

big call but that's my 2 cents. think crouch and anderson especially anderson have a good shot at a spot in their teams best 22 and both guns.

Interesting, but why downgrade Wines if there is nothing to downgrade to?
Could downgrade Pittard to Staker for more cash but that's a risk also with Staker not on bubble.
Priddis upgrade I thought would be a cheap upgrade for now. Averaging 100+ usually and consistent. He could end up as
M9 (if I was lucky). See your point though would rather a Watson or Cotchin than Priddis.
Still not sold on Buddy. Yes I could wait see until after this week.
This is a hard one.

nah not risky at all, go ahead!

priddis is a bargain at this price of course you want high scoring midielders but when you got a guy 150k undervalued who can get you consitently 90s to 110 why not take him and lock him in

coliwobblers theory is good. He is not a keeper. Could be a stepping stone to a super prem. After his bye he should be just right.

use as a stepping stone colliwobblers?

This is the reason I am getting him in to suit bye structure - He has the round 12 Bye and depending on situation may stay or become a super prem after byes.  Should have risen a fair bit by then as well.

Very happy to bring in someone that will get 95+ each week. Can decide to hold or move on later in the season. As for buddy, I started with him so hope he comes good - just give him heaps of money so he stays and plays the way we all know he can.
