Was injured late in the first and was basically out there to make up numbers playing deep forward mainly after half time. No chance he was going to bust out a big one tonight when that happens

Everyone is injured these days isn't it when they have a crap score! Cotchin sore knee and some bullshower flu or was that danger field afew weeks ago. So sick of this shower!

It is not the case of him having a crap score so he was injured. This happened in the first quarter. Murph had has foot stepped on by Geary in a marking contest and then played deep forward since Ellard, Yarran and Jamo were all also injured in the first. He started on the bench at the start of the half and was not put into the guts until the last minute of the 3rd. He was out there for a rotation purpose since they had no one else to actually come on.

He didn't do anything from 1st qtr and has been average all year, boo me sll u want but he is rubbish like the rest of blues tonight! Case closed! Now they prolly rest him next week just to rub some shower in my face!

Did you even watch the game tonight or are you just talking crap from his SC score? He got injured in the FIRST quarter and played out the game as a deep forward. Did you expect him to score 160+

Yeah I watched it, and he was rubbish, if he is fit enough to run out a game then he is fit enough to get better score than 56. How about you pick him up in ur team if u all rate him so much.

yeah he did get troddin on but outside that i must admit he can be frustrating. had him last year and there was numerous games where he would go missing.. notably the GWS game which cost me big time in rankings as I had him captain.. think I might stay away from him for a while

I don't think you understand what was wrong with him. HE WAS INJURED IN THE FIRST QUARTER. The Blues had no backup as they already had other injuries, so he was forced to play on. He took a deep forward role due to the injury and therefore his scoring capability was limited. Nothing to do with his fitness.

The only reason he was on the field is because the Blues were already stuffed with injuries.Ellard subbed off,Yarran off Jamison was also playing injured.Murphy went back on that field and showed why he was chosen as captain of the club.Exactly what Glass did when he stuffed his shoulder.

If you actually watched the game like you claimed you would know all this.

And channel 7 is going through all the injuries tonight and no mention of Murphy so obviously it wasn't serious enough! Only time his foot was mentioned was start of 3rd qtr, and he didn't have any influence for first 2 qtrs. Ablett played with a sore/broken hand 2 weeks ago and leads all comers. Murphy just tagged completely out of tonight's game stop making excuses for him.

I do have him in my team you muppet. When a team does not have injuries to 4 players what the F do you expect? Jamo, Ellard (subbed), Yarran (didn't return) and Murphy ALL injured. As the captain of the club he went out to help rotations although he was playing injured.

fact: ablett get 130 back to back playing with a crap hand
fact: murphy is SOFT. Gets an "apparent foot injury" and that gives him an excuse to do f all and makes the 56 acceptable.

So he had an off night when he was injured early, get off his back. What'll make you even more angry is the fact that he'll be rested next week probably haha.
