It should never have gone to the review, they took too long.
When it came back from the inconclusive review, it should've stayed a goal

But the ball was touched, since the whole of the ball wasn't over the whole of the line, the player made contact while part of the ball was on top of the line.

So they got the correct decision, but it should've stayed as a goal. Either way, whatever the goal umpire called it as, noone would've criticsed the decision, but because it went to a review, that was the bad bit.

The correct decision was made in the end, but the process should be smoother. If they are going to call a review, they should do so much quicker than they do.
