i would grab vlastuin but that doesn't leave me the cash to upgrade dwyer to daisy.

not sure what to do????????
Then I'd get Larid instead if Vlastuin, simply so you can get Daisy (if you can afford it)
Or if you really want Vlastuin then go for Robbie Gray or Winderlich instead of Daisy.
But yeah I'd pick Larid over Vlastuin if you need the extra $$$ for an upgrade.

Yeah I already got the cash to make the dwyer > Daisy trade but I just cant afford to cop a donut for the 2nd week in a row in my defence.

Might be worth rolling the dice on one of the other boys in your situation though mate.

Calling RINGO.. Give me something on Clarke :P

I would ask Tbag on some info on Laird but I get the feeling I might get a slight exageration of how good he is so ill call any other Adelaide supporter??

i will jump on colquhoin if hes not sub

before hes even played a game? Risky
Yeh I've been thinking about it. Is the young tige worth the extra cash? Quinny? JROO? good tiger fans, would be interested in your thoughts.

I cant answer as I know nothing about Clarke or Laird, hence the thread :P I do love Vlastuin though so leaning towards him at this stage.
Just want someone to pump up the others so I can justify saving a bit of cash.

2 weeks ago I saved cash by getting Evans instead of Mayes and thats turned out just fine so far
Yeh haha  :P thanks mate. I don't see Laird or Clarke making much cash. But I would love to bank that extra 44K decisions...

Thanks JROO, its a pretty tough

laird is on extended bwnch. So we will see

bensl

Worth trading out neade (instead of Dwyer) if it means getting vlastuin over laird?

Yeah thats true. Will rule him out if he doesnt play. Chance he could be a sub?

Is Vlastuin's JS good enough to pay the extra $$ for? I can't see myself doing too many more rookie downgrades in defence for a while so he could well sit on my bench for the rest of the season. Would like it if he plays most games for cover.

Sammy and Bensl    methinks Daisy is only projected to rise 13. something k this week. Can you wait another week for him ? ;)
And Nick V  in this week, especially with the Cotch out, will be very interesting to have a look at Foley.

Dayze

Vlastuin is the pick of the bunch. But that extra 40k is gonna b so so important in the next few weeks.
I think laird next followed by Docherty.
The problem with doch is obviously knob head voss.
Read about sierakowski years ago but there has got to b a reason a player takes so many years to debut? No?
As far as colquhoun goes, as I said in another thread the kid is a skinny mofo.
Finds the ball at will but he could honestly get K'od at any moment.
Getting this kid without playing a game is a terrible error.
To say just because the other port defenders have succeeded he will is ridiculous logic based on nothing....
These other defenders are men, colquhoun is not. Watch for the next fortnight.
Sorry to be negative just trying to do some people desperate for a downgrade a favor.
Love yas all

BlackBomber

Everyone who is saying that Colquhoun is too skinny and will break in a contest...just putting it out there that Neade looks like a toddler out there LITERALLY and he's doing pretty damn well in both AFL and SC.

Jus sayin...

Dayze

Neade plays small forward and tends to avoid the congestion exceptionally well.
Neade also surprises me how well he has done. Gets his points in bursts thru goals at crucial times. He will have some quiet ones.
Colquhoun will get his points thru weight of possessions off half back and will have to earn some of them.

I haven't heard anyone so far mention how skinny he is except me?.. But it is a valid point. What happens if Mitch Robinson (who port play next) attacks a ball on half forward, where he plays, against 73kg colquhoun, who plays half back... U can picture what mite happen.
It is a genuine concern, and in fantasy football u take everything into consideration coz worst case scenario ( ie round 6) happens regularly.
All I'm saying, like any sensible sc player would, which fan footy community is full of, is wait two weeks till colquhoun is on the bubble.
I have watched the kid and he is a talent, we are just here for each other, to talk each other out of shthouse decisions...
Getting colquhoun this week is a bad decision brother

Clarke has shower JS, stay away from him. I would go Vlastuin, even though he is a bit pricey

People said that about dwyer and hes about to play his 7th game in a row. Why is Clarkes js shower?

Ringo

Clarke may be the one to make for Staker in the next couple of weeks.
