Loophole Guide.

This is a guide on how to use the VC Loophole, i am doing it so a mod can sticky it.

Note - In order to do the loophole you will need a player who is NOT playing.

Step 1 - Decide which player you want to give the VC to someone playing Friday or Saturday is preferred.

Step 2 - Monitor there score if they score well and you want to make them Captain then follow the next steps.

Step 3 - Put a non playing player into your starting 22

Step 4 - Give that non playing player the Captaincy.

Step 5 - And maybe the most important step be sure to remember to put one of your bench players as the emergency so you still get that players score. 

Note - Be careful if you put both your bench players as emergency you will receive the lowest score between the two players not the highest.

Note - Also just another caution try to avoid using players in the Loophole named as emergency for there side as there is always a chance there will be late changes and they may play.

that's all spot on.....l'll just add one thing, if you can name someone who you know is injured (just in case a player is brought in who isnt even named as an emergency)

Be careful with step 3 if your VC plays later in the round. You won't be able to swap a non-player onto the ground if all your starters have already played. You can get around this by pre-setting your non-player on the ground, and your playing emergency in that line. Think ahead!

Pretty much you just have to have your VC playing before the non playing captain for it to work.

Jayman's point is critical. Selected VC must play before non-player. Suggest including this in Step 1 of original post killbluff.

I never plan for the loophole, never really bothered. but had gaz  as C and pendles for V.
I think I'm happy with pendles score
I'm predicted to loose main league by 20 odd so this might get me over hopefully
So Ive bought Goodes off the bench who I no is not playing due to suspension in for Vlastuin,

Put the C on Goodes

Put the E on Vlastuin

Certainly keep Pendles' score.

Even if Ablett smashes out 170 - you're only 9 down. But if he is affected by 'SC Kryptonite' (not my nickname but I love it) AKA Crowley, and held to 100, you'll be laughing.

Never try this!!! Tried to be a bit clever this week and do it the first time - Had the C on Currie and the VC on Swan (who prety much spudded it) Besides the fact I could've chosen Pendles I thought at least I have Watson against GWS - 66. To add insult to injury Birchall and Hartlett also got around the 60 mark each. WTF??!!! I must've walked past a black cat this week!! haha

How about adding the emergency loophole to the first post?

This is to pick between playing 1 of 2 players i.e 2 rookies. You'll need a third player from the same line that is NOT playing and you'll need that player's team playing AFTER at least one of the two players you are choosing between.

1. Leave the non-playing player on the field
2. Put the player that is playing first on the bench WITH the E.
3. If the first player scores well, leave the non-playing player on the field and you'll get the first player's score with the E.
4. If the first player scores badly and you think the other player will score better then sub that player on to the field with the non-playing player.


So say you are choosing between Neade and Macaffer and you have Rowe out and in the forwards. You just have to make sure that either Neade or Macaffer play BEFORE Rowe and then you can do the loophole.

Nice, except this week I have to use Rowe for captain loophole, so can't use him for emergency loophole in fwd, eventhough I have dwyer and neade both on the bench.

Just a note for those doing the rookie loophole. Don't forget to check your team before your second player plays otherwise you may end up with Neade's 23 like I did.  >:(

Have burger and Cox as starting rucks and Majak possibly wasted on the bench. So....

Cox moved to the FWD line, Liam McBeam into starting ruck, S Dwyer to the FWD bench
Majak as an emergency
