I have been in touch with Ringo and we both agree that there isn't enough banter  ;) in FF. So the DP challenge is on.

What is it? well here is last years thread. I will always take the Swans in any home and away game against another supporter of the Swans opposition for the week.

Whats at stake? Your DP, the winner gets to choose the losers DP from Monday to Sunday the week after

Let the banter start. I encourage other to do the same with their team

First up is of course Ringo, where it started last year.

We have decided that Ringo will receive 36.5 points start so there will be a winner.

Both Coaches are not confident as I think it will be much closer (3 goals) although the Lions are missing some players.

All the best Ringo

This is because of a few certain bans that have been handed out. ;) It has actually been a very good few weeks without those people. No arguements anywhere. :D

Maybe they should be banned forever.... :O

Damn it. I'd take those odds but Ringo and I back the same team...

Ringo

Looking for revenge from last year. When discussing most beeting agencies were giving between 30 - 50 points to brisbane.  Eventually decided on the 36.5 which we agreed on.  Think Sydney will win but margin may be much less.

Hoping for the best

It'll be a close game, Sydney never win by more than they need to.

Wow that was surprising. Didnt think we would win by that many. Swans killed the Lions in the quarter and the Lions didnt recover.

We will have to wait for Ringo to update his DP to find out

Yep sounds good to me mate ;)

Ringo

DP updated.  Expected game to be much closer.

At least we are consistent losing away by 10 goals or more, Game over in first quarter but we were competitive for other 3 quarters

Will enjoy being a Swans member for a week (Do not tell my brother though who is an Ardent Swannies fan and member)

As always a cheer for you. Was Raines dropped as there was no 1 outstanding player at the Swans that he would go to? and instead brought in another mid ??

Ringo

Thought Raines may have been used to tag JPK but apart from that no other match up.  Was worried that Adcock may have gone to JPK but pleased to see he retained the McVeigh match up.
Moloney O'Keefe duel ended up square overall but O'Keefe was one of the catalysts for your early onslaught at quarter time he had 10 possessions to Moloneys 2.
Sydney sprang the early surprise starting both Mumford and Pyke on the ground which resulted in Merrett going to the resting ruckman rather than Reid.  Eventually Voss got the message that Reid was towelling Clarke and made the move back.

As I said in Brisbanes thread would like Vossie to have a settled team for 2/3 weeks to allow players to establish themselves. Hopefully Lester is not the revolving door for this week.
