This is where I think different strategies or goals may come into place.

If you are going for overall ranking you have to trade two defenders out.

But how bout winning a league comp overall?

How do you approach this?

I will be trading Gibbs out for Scotland and wanted to trade Currie out for Gawn.

From a league point of view is it two trades and miss out on Gawn or think long term and cop a donut?

Guessing a few people will have the same dilemma

Capper

I am still to angry to even comtemplate what to do. I was going to go Gibbs to Scotland and thenBlicavs to GAwn but nowww Heppell is out as well. GRRRR

This is really confusing and going to take a bit of thought. My first reaction was FMDT, but hey what can you do  :-\

Straight off the bat l thought, oh well l'll just trade out Heppell (l'd love him to have played GWS!!) & Gibbs (l'd love him to have played Melb!!!!!) for 2 other premos so l dont lose any ground or point scoring potential. But after more consideration it's not that simple (is it ever?), there are long term implications for my plans of getting in players like Daisy and Priddis when they bottom out.

Am going to have to think about it some more, might even take a bit of short term pain (a donut) for some long term gain

I'm thinking I'll take the Heppell doughnut (pronounced duff-nut), in order that I can do the Hoff-Stevie J trade. Aren't enough downgrade targets in the backline, especially with Rors out

I'm stuck with the hoff  :-[

This is why I don't like getting suspect players purely because of the cash they will make..... :-\

Is pittard meant to be out next week too? Trying to work out who to trade out Goodes or pittard

Scrads

For someone like me without heppell, I am considering whether to sideways Gibbs to try and get a jump on everyone else's suffering or go for a giant cash grab where this week I will probably score the same but next week be able to double upgrade and get the fly on people there...

pommyadam

do celebs change their sides at all?

pondering reversing the trades, but then i'm up against Dangerfield this week (who has himself as captain lol)
so i think i'll just cop a defence bagel

He scored 1763 last week, you could probably win with 4 donuts.

No matter what happens, you'll have the jump either way  >:(

PowerBug

Feels good having $473k in the bank before trading right now. 8) Shame about Heppell though, will still get a 0.

First step for my for dealing with this mess... Reverse trades.

I don't think I will be bringing in Heppell and Laird this week :P

blues boy

I am planning on getting rid of Pittard and Goodes but want to downgrade one of them!

I will get Hamish Hartlett for say Goodes

what are peoples thoughts on J. Saunders from St. Kilda? what is his JS? was he the sub last week?

its me lads

Operation AVOID DONUTS.  >:(

Need to trade Goodes, Pittard, Heppell or Gibbs, not sure who. Probably keep Heppell though. Gibbs as well probably.

Fyfe and Crouch in midfield so no cover.

Westhoff up front.
