Goals or points? ???

Nige

Decent first half, I pray that we keep it up.

Inb4 second half fadeout...

Same old Richmond, they never surprise you. They've still got a long way to go.

AFEV

Houli needs to be more accountable. Christensen got off the leash when the game was on the line and was damaging enough to put the game beyond Richmond.
Richmond still have a way to go but we already knew that. Geelong are looking by far the most impressive outfit at the moment, they have taken out the other 2 serious Premiership contenders and are 6-0...Extremely impressive.

I don't think it's fair to measure their potential based on a game against Geelong.

Nige

Not so much Richmond related, but after watching tonight, I think the Geelong vs Essendon match could be one of the matches of the year. Two teams going into it 6-0, wowee.

Ah 1 point off. Ill take it :P tigers were good for 2 and a half quarters. Leaked to many easy goals though. Turn overs in defensive 50 are killer and my cattas punished every time

Turning point of the game was when Vickery was concussed and Maric went off injured. Mcguanne had to move into the ruck which meant we had no ruckman and 1 tall forward. That followed by a bunch of undisciplined acts that resulted in goals in the 3rd quater.
Maric returned but could hardly run.
We butchered the ball to much too. So many turn overs that resulted in goals. Geelong make you pay for mistakes like a good team should.

Unfortunatley it doesnt get any easier for us. Port at Aami next weekend will be a task followed by Melbourne, Essendon and West coast in perth before the bye. Hate to say it but we could be sitting 4-6 at the half way mark of the season. We have a really good run after the bye but we need to be at least 5-5 before the bye.

Vickery looked very crook even after the game so I can see him missing. Edwards was again in the best players in the VFL so he is a straight swap there. Foley, and Tuck will come in. They were both in the best players. Personally I would give Jackson and Grigg a spell.. They wont though  ::) Vlastuin plays every week for mine. Love the kid and his attack. Nahas was the other in the best players that could come in but Kingy was fantastic as were Edwards and Knights so that wont happen

Nige

If Tyrone was to miss, I'd pick Az Edwards. Almost a no-brainer.

If Jackson and Grigg were to go Foley and maybe Arnot to replace them.

One thing though. Just how good and important is Push-Up?

So what does this mean for Richmond? Good luck making the 8 from 3-4. :P

I hate to say it, but i think you might finish 9th this season.

And to think I was just about to post that we're in 9th before someone other than a Richmond fan went there. ::) :(

Easy win this week, still achievable from 4 and 3 ;)

Haha nah jokes aside it will be a tough match for both sides this week, should be a great game and I think the result will mean a lot for both sides as to finals aspirations. :-X
