Not voting for any of my players so my 5 went to Wallace, De Haan, Kemp, Sultan and Cameron :)

I dont think Valentine should be allowed in this poll.  He was in the keeper poll

What so you're saying he can't be played as a pure batter? Why not? He is better than all the others there...

Yes you can play him in game as a pure batsman but I think that takes away from the pure batsman.  Yes, Valentine is the best in the list but I dont think its fair he can be in both polls.  I am saying this with no bias because my player in the batting poll shouldnt make the cut either.

Well think about it this way valk. Weren't Australia going to select Haddin as a pure batter in the team and have Wade as a keeper? That's pretty much the same situation here.

NSW do it with Hadden and Smith
both keepers both play
smith just takes the gloves off and runs around the field

I do it at club level when we bought up another bat just happen to be a keeper who was the best bat available to bring up and i went into the field, not because he was a better keeper it's because i was a better fielder
so i have no problem with him, i voted for him, you want the best 11 out there and if 2 keepers are in the top 6 bats then why not.
