Herman U from Valk for me. Umair looks like a good prospect except for that endo

Umair last popped in endo 20 weeks ago, considering you should get an endo pop every 2 seasons without training it he should pop to avg before 19. Then it's just a matter of giving him 1 or 2 weeks training when he is 19 to pop it to reasonable. Depending on how I train him he could possibly have outstanding tech before he is 20 :)
