And its not as if its randoms its coaches of each club doing the voting. Just like the afl do with mvp etc.

l agree and would like to see a 5-4-3-2-1 voting system for all coaches (no assistants though), this being 5 for the player you view as best, 4 for 2nd best etc. That way the player with the most votes wins.

We should not be allowed to vote for our own players either IMO
