Rolling lockout ???

Guys is the rolling lockout still on and if so when does it stop ?!

SC has a full rolling lockout for the season.

So basically it rolls till start of last match. Players who have played in previous matches are locked and can not be changed or traded. Same for Captain and VC once played they are locked as to are emergencies.
