is Lez really banned permanently?

knowing all 3 pretty well as i feel that i do, i am certain it is and was all p!ssing in the wind, a lot of hot air and nothing else.

but there is clearly no place for it on a public forum and the result of the ban seems to prove that point.

hopefully all three will return and i am pretty sure there will be further indiscretions but i am also certain all are decent and intelligent enough for none of the future indiscretions to be ban worthy...

we will see

for what it is worth whatlez spoke to me through external means after the ban and not once did he complain or claim the ban was unfair or say anything negative about m0nty for banning him. obviously big enough a guy to know the line was crossed and the punishment justified.

the fact it is alleged he came back on under another accout obviously was a source of much frustration to m0nty, whatever m0nty decides is his peragative and fair enough, but i would like to think we will see these lads again and have faith in their ability to be ....

Yeh amen to that mate. One would think a 3 week ban would be sufficient to nip it in the butt. All three are intelligent and wise enough to know a repeat wouldnt be tolerated and the trouble maker would more than likely be out for good. I have no qualms with m0nty's actions but hope it is only for 3 weeks for the boys sakes.

Ok so I've just been talking to Lez about the whole matter on chat. This is what he sees when he tries to log on to his account on the computer:

But when he tries to log on to his account from his phone/wifi, this is what he sees:

An Error Has Occurred!Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum!This is set to expire on the 14th of May.


To me, this says that his IP address has been banned indefinitely (probably just to make sure he doesn't create another account (:P), but his whatlez account is banned for 4 weeks, and will become available to use again midway through May. Not sure if we are on the right track here but it seems to me like whatlez has had his IP has been banned indefinitely so that he serves his ban as m0nty sees fit - without using alter-ego accounts.

So it seems like whatlez will be back, it's just a matter of m0nty lifting the ban on his IP address (which hopefully he is planning to do once the account's ban is lifted).

Just got off the chat and all 3 were there and happy to say getting along very well which was great to see so i have no doubt theyve realised it wasnt worth it. Good to have a chat to them and wish them all the best untill their return. JB and Tbag got 3 weeks and Lez got 4 weeks. Best part all getting along. :)

i think mOnty will pay more attention to the feedback forum now and to me he seems like he wouldn't like people wasting his time whch that thread was a huge waste of so that prob annoyed him to
