reckon he will struggle for a game. given 2 didnt perform the best now dropped.
dwyer, eliott are doin well and are vying for his position. krak, josh thomas, also there. lots of options for this spot at coll...

Hmm, premiership player though.  Pies got absolutely flogged so maybe they might cut a few out?  Sinclair, johnson all performed below average.  Also, nick maxwell is injured.

Can be good for floating donut for C loophole.

He was initially selected on the extended interchange but was then selected as an emergency when the final teams were named on Friday afternoon. He was also listed to play in the VFL on Saturday night but when he didn't line up, there was increasing speculation that he would be a late inclusion for the match on Sunday.

At this stage I would say he is a 40/60 proposition to come back into the team for round four. On the one hand, he was obviously close to playing and there were a few poor performers for Collingwood on Sunday but at the same time, Buckley stated that he didn't think the scoreboard was an accurate reflection of the match so he may not be inclined to make many changes (maybe only forced changes e.g. Reid, possibly). There were a number of good performances by Collingwood players in the VFL but as Macaffer wasn't able to state his case in either league, he may well find himself in the VFL this weekend.

He was a fringe player in the 2010 side, never had great job security and Sam Dwyer has basically over taken him.

Sad, but I don't think we will see him regularly.

He was named emergency, so i doubt it was injury related.
He didn't play 2's.  So they didn't require him to go get some form and match-fitness.
I would therefore assume they needed him as a fresh emergency.

Prior to him being dropped, i read an article that suggested that with Jolly's injury he would hold his spot for structural reasons. Obviously he didn't, but then again the Pies got smashed.

If he isn't back in the team this week then his JS is over.

Thanks for the info everyone, cheers for all!

If he doesn't get named in the next 2 games, then trade to Mayes or Lee before they go up in price.
