Alright here we go

Goddard Gibbs duffield goodes pittard Stevenson (Heath Terlich)
Ablett pendles cotchin jpk dangerfield Stevens wines viney (omeara kommer)
Jacobs bellchambers (Rowe blicavs)
Cox bartel rockliff jkk Dwyer neade (karnezis macaffer)

70 odd k in the bank with 29 trades (zorko to rocky)

What ya think?plenty of options if I go leuy and trade Karny

tor01doc

Right. First of all enjoy your Tigers' winning streak - it won't last.  :P

Nice team.

I see Leue as a good target. Bellchambers out with his high BE (77) vs negative for Leue.

Bellchambers won't be a keeper so might as well get off him now. Leue is possibly a keeper but is definitely a source of cash and is at a nice low 'buy' price.

Kommer's MRP issues may sway your decision, but generally speaking your other mid rookies are fine so you can cover him until he's back should you need to.

You could wait and sit with Karnezis if he's not named.

Macaffer may be back since the pies were pretty ordinary in the second half and a few changes will be made.

I certainly wouldn't go for a 'nearly' keeper just because you can't afford better this week.

I would obviously see how the MRP, Karnezis and Macaffer issues pan out and if all seems safe I would get Leue in for Bellchambers and wait until I could afford a really top forward the week I traded Karnezis out.

Cheers mate.yes enjoying the streak, tough next week but looking for a great game.

Onto the trades, I do see what ya mean with monfries and frenchy as 'nearly keepers'.tough call as gus looks good but always has the doubt.could be kommer out for crouch or Stevens out although I reckon Stevens looks alright in the guts and scoring ok

Marstar

Bell -> Leue seems the conventional choice. Lock it in.

Karny (and Macc) may come back and is not likely to lose you a heap of money. I would hold till teams named.

, has to pass the MRP. Likely to miss games.

If Karny and/or Macc named this week and , cops a suspension then you have some interesting choices.

Sell Kommer:

a) MPP swap Goodes to mid and buy Hutchins out back (BE -96)
b) MPP swap Blicavz into mid and buy Sinclair into R4 (BE -55)
c) Straight swap Crouch (BE -66)

Hmm kommer out for 2 weeks might be out the door for crouchy

alrighty.. bit of mucking around..

Bellchambers > Sinclair (move Cox to rucks)
Karnezis > 684k FWD..

miss out on Leuenberger though..

team would look like

Goddard, Gibbs, Duffield, Goodes, Pittard, Stevenson (heath, terlich)

Ablett, Pendlebury, JPK, Cotchin, Dangerfield, Wines, Viney, Stevens (omeara, kommer)

Cox, Jacobs (sinclair,blicavs)

684k (prob franklin), Rockliff, Bartel, JKK, Neade, Dwyer (macaffer, rowe)

very tempting this avenue now

kfewster

i wouldnt b so quick to dismiss Bellchambers after 1 bad game.

With no ryder for the next few weeks could go big.

HotTiges

true true..

but i'm not saying no to Bellchambers but I'm saying yes to Buddy in a hopeful manner

Maybe, but this is basically using 2 trades and losing a pretty solid player (Bellchambers) to get one keeper (Buddy).

At this rate, you'll run out of trades.

So far then, you'll have made 3 trades to get one keeper.

Maybe I agree with holding Bellchambers now that Ryder is missing - his bump incidently cost me some real $$$ - but luckily sprotsbet had a refund special if your team is up at 3/4 time you get your money back - phew.  :P

You can get Buddy more easily when your rookies ripen a bit more.

Just pray Karnezis doesn't get selected.

good point, only made 1 trade though so far and with the extra trades it's temping to use the extra 6 aggressively.. does use 2 trades but opens up another 100k on top of getting Buddy + moving Rowe to FWDS and have a handy emerg + set and forget rucks..

bloody karnezis, bet he'll play and vest enhanced

Same situation as me again hot tigers, and im pretty sure we have made the same one trade lol. My team is similar

gibbs, goddard, heppel
goodes, heath, pittard                   stevenson, brown

ablett, pendel, cotchin, watson,      omeara, kommer
danger, wines, viney, hill,

Mcevoy, tbell                                bilicavs, daw

franklin, cox, JJK,
Rockcliff, Dywer, Karny                  neede, caff

Unsure what to do myself, was going to do the tbell to luey. Then karny to monfires or lecras. After reading this im more confused. lol
I have franklin already though.

As a bombers supporter I have see gus have 4 or 5 good weeks then go missing, often. But his at a new club, and has more games under his belt now. Plus he seems to be in the mids a bit now?

I have not seen to much of Port yet this year, how much time is he spending in the mids? is that likely to continue? If his likely to see a lot of time there he is probably worth it. He did'nt play in the midfield much for the bombers.

Good luck Mate Im leaning ever so slightly toward lecras at the moment wondering if he can be a keeper. Someone pointed out Dale thomas, in a few weeks when he drops in value. Might be worth a thought too. Trade to lewie then hold Karny for a bit.

cheers

cheers man. talk about Robbie Gray taking his position if he ever comes back and stays fit.. not sure if Gray will slot straight back into the guts.. reckon he will be half fwd if he comes back
