This is ridiculous, I'm the highest scoring team in the competition yet I'm about to lose my 4th match of the season. Where is my luck? :(

Come on CF, you need to do it for the Brewers! Stop thinking of yourself and beat those Destroyers!  :P
Going to lose to the Destroyers and get knocked out of the Idol all in 1 week. How sad :(

How about me taking out everyone and being the best team in the comp at the moment and probably not making finals. Selwood up to 151 going for a PB.

Cairo Progress - 992/10 with C

D: N.Malceski, D.Stanley 78, J.Gibson 98, E.Mackenzie
M: D.Beams 134x2=268(C), D.Armitage 71, R.Douglas 63(VC), N.Dal Santo 98
R: S.Mumford
F: D.Hale 74, L.Breust 62, L.Thomas 60, P.Puopolo 120
I/U: M.Hutchings, S.Grigg

Could be better... but it's not. Pretty average efforts across the board. I guess it's good that the lowest score is 60 since we have HGA. Hopefully the remaining 5 get the score up to about 1500.

Buenos Aires (Going to Finish 2nd) Armadillos

D - H. Scotland 111, SD Thompson 85, J. Brennan 42, B. Dalziell OOP
M - Swan (VC) 158, Boyd, Barlow (C) 230, K. Cornes
R - Cox
F - S. Johnson 120, Petrie 88, Harvey 137, J. Schulz
Bench - J. Lyons 66,  Carrazzo 69

EMG - P. Stewart (actually playing :) ), T. Logan, M. Warnock

1,106/10

If our remaining players score their averages... we'll say Dalziell scores 70 * 0.5 as his average isn't real anyway

Dalziell 35...

We'd score 1,534. Not bad for a team with 14.5 players. Safe to say the Dillos are back. Burgoyne returns next week too.

Def: N. Suban 89, T. Richards, J. Carlisle 59, B. Stratton 61
Mids: K. Jack (C), C. Judd 89, L. Parker, S. Mitchell (VC) 96
Rucks: T. West DNP
Utilities:A. Smith , S. Selwood
Forwards: R. Henderson 110, L. Dahlhaus, S. Motlop 149, K. Tippett

EMG: S. Ross DNP, J. Townsend DNP

Wow...

I thought we were home... but I'm scared now. Surely that's a career high for Motlop? Oh just realise they get a 0 for West...

Still not too confident.

653/8 - If KJack goes big we /might/ be in trouble!

YOU SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PLAY VARDY GEELONG? YOU SEE WHAT HAPPENS? I'll take that 125  8)

Weakest link possibly my strongest this week. Backline sucking ar*e though with Spurr and Broughton sucking and Gwilt subbed for not much.

Still have the upper hand however after the Royals captain Stanton scored 75 and some other low scores.

The Royals are not handling the Heat at all. 9 have played and yet to get one player to ton it up. Very disappointing.

Pumas Progress

Hartlett, Houli, Tape 48, Adams 45
Ablett (C) 232, Sloane 122, Masten, Duncan 93
Minson
Walker 114, Roughead 84, Gunston 80, Wright 80
Zaharakis 59, Hill 124

Total - 1,091/11

Sloane, and Walker played very well today, and Hill decided to have a big game for once which was nice. Ablett a little down on his usual output though. Adams played very well, but sadly just the half points for him :(

Currently 156 points behind the Destroyers (not counting HGA for the Destroyers yet), and both got 4 players left. For the Pumas it's Hartlett, Houli, Minson and Masten, and for the Destroyers Rance, Boak, Redden and Gray. Unless Dublin suffers 2 or 3 early injuries I have no chance of winning from here :(
