To keep or trade Mitch Wallis?

Im probably going to get rid od Karney for Dwyer like a lot of people but the trade im procrastinating about most is Mitch Wallis for who, should I give him more of a chance to come good or should I just cut my loses and upgrade to a premium? I have several option that I would love some advice on

Cheers bud, yeah that was the one I was leaning most towards, Its certainly the safest option. Anyone think Cotchin can outscore Pendles this year?

Nope I think Cotch def has the potential, but might take another year to get up to the true - Ablett, Pendles, Swan, Watson standard.....
