Want to trade, going for overall

Still very unsure what to do, I'm hurting early with Danger being down on expectations.

Current:
B: Goddard, Gibbs, Duffield, Goodes, Pittard, Brown, <Stevenson, Heath>
M: Gaz, Pendles, Danger, Shuey, Mundy, Wines, Jaeger, Viney <Jones, Kommer>
R: Cox, Goldy <Blicavs, Currie>
F: Bartel, Rockliff, Franklin, Zorko, Karny, Dwyer <Caff, Neade>
Cash: $13k

My original thoughts were Karny -> Rowe, Shuey -> JPK, giving me strength in the mids:

M: Gaz, Pendles, Danger, JPK, Mundy, Wines, Jaeger, Viney <Jones, Kommer>
R: Cox, Goldy <Blicavs, Currie>
F: Bartel, Rockliff, Franklin, Zorko, Neade, Dwyer <Caff, Rowe>

However I had a different train of thought today, as I lack confidence in 2 starting rook forwards.  Shuey -> Cyril, Karny -> Berger.

M: Gaz, Pendles, Danger, Mundy, Wines, Jaeger, Viney, Dwyer <Jones, Kommer>

The second option gives me powerhouse forwards but I fear I may leak points in the mids with 4 rookies and a midpricer.

I'm still leaning towards the first as I'm going for overall but still very unsure.  If you have any other ideas I'd love to hear them.
