Apparently it is being reported that Claye Beams has done his ACL at training today.

I saw this on the front page and clicked on it thinking it was Dayne Beams lol
But on topic that's not good got to feel sorry for him.

Noz

Look liked he was going to explode this year very unfortunate for him.

Just heard it on fox sport news

Heard it on the news so went trolling for something official

Confirmation that he has done his ACL so will be out for the season - Just when he was looking good and starting to consolidate his place in the 22.

Wish him well for his reahab - wait to see whether he has LARS or traditional.

May have a price drop and be a low priced mid next year.

Will be interesting to see who is promoted -  Suspect Bartlett may come of the rookie list and replaement may be Mayes, Polec or Bartlett.

Not sure whether this will save Karnezis though who is more an outside player,

Yeah, absolutely locked for next year though. Very unfortunate for him though. This may augur well for karnezis, improving his js and maybe midfield time.

Will this actually benefit Zorko?

Damn, what a blow. Claye is rated even more highly than his brother in a lot of circles and looked like he was going to explode this year. It's a real shame we won't see him again this season. Hopefully he comes back next year and the injury doesn't leave too much long term damage.

He is one of my favourite players. This is very sad.  :(

Do not Vossies thinking Luv - (Wish I could get into his brain sometime) but playing Mayes or Polec forawrd and moving Zorko back to mids could be an option.  May have to keep Zorko after all.

Poor news for the young lad, was still getting vested, should come back but more vests next season :-[

Hopefully he comes back though, horrible if this ruins a career

I also thought this was about Dayne. Maybe change the title.

Thanks Ringo
If Mayes gets some games he could be a great downgrade option.

If they saw the headline 'Beams out for the year' on the front page, they might think it is about Dayne.
