I would wait for the verdict on Daisy to see how many weeks he is going to miss.  Another one from left field you may want to consider is with Jacobs spudding it up and if you have covearge Move Cox to the Mids via Rowe and go Jacobs to your choice or even Jacobs to Nat,

go out and get the best? ie.. SJ, Martin, NicNat

or

straight swap Franklin, Lewis .. not much else.. and get a gun later for JKK/Dwyer

I really love Stevie J And Nic Nat but I think this the week to get Buddy. He's crazy cheap whereas the others shouldn't go up in price anywhere near as much and you can work out how to get them later.

yeah he is cheap as chips and if i do steveo thurlow then do daisy to buddy .. 295k to play with

Thurlow and Nic Nat is 163k remaining

next week is Sinclair to Staker (if fit etc..) so that opens an extra 117k for maybe Omeara to Selwood

You've mentioned wanting Stevie, Dusty or Nic Nat and then say about going JOM to Selwood next week. I'd get one of the other 3 next week if they are better. Can play Stevie, Dusty or Dwyer in the mids. If they are scoring higher than most mids why worry where they are.
You only need them forward if you can upgrade your other forwards to super premo mids.
I know Selwood is another one who will be cheap and I will be watching him but he hasn't been that great.

you make a good point. . Dwyer could do a job in the mids..  or even be upgraded to a super premo mid..

Depending on your emergencies I'd leave Dwyer forward and Stevie in the middle. This way if Dwyer doesn't play he is covered by Caff or whoever your forward emergency is and your mids are covered by a different emergency. That's the way I've looked at it the last couple of weeks.
Almost came a little undone with it last week though. Decided to take Jobes VC score and put Crouch on field as C and JOM on the bench EMG. Then Stevie was out and didn't have a mid EMG to use to cover him. Luckily I had time to sub him with Neade and put him on the forward bench. Neades points were better than none. But anyway I quite like having a DPP in the mids.

Going back over the chat I actually said it might be best to get Buddy this week and then choose from the other guys for next weeks trade. But if you don't think a cheap Buddy is required then the other guys are great.

Yeah still very unsure on the Budweiser.very cheap but that worries me.contract talks? Injury? Doesn't seem himself  and looks like playing more of a team role

If i didnt have buddy I wouldnt be getting him in.  Worst performing fwd for me at the moment and he says he is playing good footy and is doing more of a team role than just kicking goals.

obviously have a few issues.. terlich,jacobs,leuenberger,lonergan the start of it..

do I grab a Stevey J or Jordy Lewis for Omeara? or piss Jacobs off by doing DPPing Cox or Nat into rucks and getting SJ or Lewis for Jacobs??

some options include :

Sinclair to Staker & Terlich to any FWD (staker DPP to DEF)
Sinclair to Staker &  Viney to 498k mid, looking at Lewis DPP link him with Dwyer
Sinclair to Staker & Dwyer to Lewis + 145k
Sinclair to Staker &  Viney to 498k def (ibbotson POD)

I would do this if cash allows (not sure whether you $240k is after Staker trade or not)

Look at Jacobs to Roughead moving Cox or Nat to rucks. Will give you additional Ruck flexibility as well. Then O'Meara to a prem you can afford SJ or Lewis.
