Is there a premium future for Libby this Season?

I know that there have been stupid half ass predictions about future premium by people how don't know anything about dream team (Hannebery etc.) but Tom Liberatore, son of a legend, 120 R1 and at 103 R2 at 3QT. I know the return of Boyd will most likely change his scoring but is anyone considering to give him a run in their dreamteam. I could see him being like Shiels in 2011 but with an 80 average beforehand unlike Shiels 2 50's and then a 102 which before the last 7 games was at 110+!

I had Shiels that year and I see similar form in Liberatore this season, take it from one of the people who jumped on Shiels, Fyfe, McEvoy & Rocky early I can feel a breakout. I'm not as sure with Libby though yet and may give him a few more weeks as I'm also the guy who jumped off Boyd to Tuck in 2010 and Selwood to Simpson the same year.

Any thoughts? Normally I won't post this stuff on fanfooty to give myself the early advantage but that has also been my downfall in previous seasons ;)

Who knows, my gut feeling would be to not take the risk. I wouldn't have predicted this when I saw him face down in the gutter outside Tramp.

The gamble becomes much more interesting when you take into account that you get two trades each week. If his breakeven is very low, you can get him just to see what happens. He goes up a little bit in price but is scoring nothing special, trade him back out.

So, so tempting...

Then again, Goodes killed it last week and now he has a tag. Maybe teams will start tagging Libba :o

I'm going to see what Fyfe's BE is before I do it. That way if Fyfe drops in price I'll make the cash of Libby and if he fails to reach expectations I can go back to Fyfe with cash in hand.

What happened to him at Tramp was he doing a Fev? hahaha I don't really take stuff that happens off the field into account unless suspensions will be sanctioned.

I'll decide over the week whether to go for it all not. By the end of this round he'll be one of the highest averaging mids in the comp ;) he'll even be ahead of GAJ not that it really matters or is relevant to how he'll continue to perform. I think Karnezis should still be my priority this week because if his BE isn't realistic whats the point of keeping him.. I'll see how Karny goes before any other trade. I'm happy that McEvoy isn't a worry anymore and he played beautifully last night, constantly winning the ball it was almost as if he was a massive mid ;D Now it's just Karny and Heppell to worry about  :-\

Pretty much out of the Fevola handbook, passed out on the street with pills on him. Think he got a club suspension and was told to get a job for the rest of the season.

Hahaha, I don't think I can make room for him this week. Fyfe scored 101 so no point dropping him and Karnezis is posted at a 66 BE (he won't make that) and only scored 7 so probably going Karnezis -> Petterd this round and need to contemplate Zorko's future in my club :(

I think there definitely is but i think but the midfield to too risky to take chances like that

Yeah that is reasonable. I don't think I should bring him in this early. Maybe a starter next year plus we still need to see how he performs when Boyd returns

Libba to Boyd on his bubble  :o

His B/E is -6 according to FF. Maybe a premium that's going to bleed cash down to him and use that cash to fix another mistake (i.e. Karnezis to JJK). Then, after a couple of games when he's gone up in price and a premo has fallen, swap them back.

I don't rate JJK I think he won't average past the 70's mark and could average anywhere between 65-78. The fixing up with a fallen premium does feel tempting but my midfield is Swan, GAJ, Pendles, Cotchin & Fyfe and I don't really feel comfortable trading Fyfe out even though the Libby trade will be guaranteed cash. I'll see how I feel about the cash made from the Karny-> Patton trade first :)
