Help for whatlez - Koby Stevens

I have Koby Stevens and not sure what to do with him. He's named, but not sure on vest, what do I do? Trade him to Matt Jones and take 80k or bench him and play Viney. Or even start him.

No poll needed, advice needed.

BQ: I have him in SC too... should I just bench him in SC?

Thats a tough one, i would probably downgrade to Jones, play Viney and pocket the cash. With unlimited trades i think its worthwhile.

SC id probably hold him and and just bench him. If you have all the obvious rookies youre best to save the trade right now.

Agree here on this above advice except that you either trade or lose that trade as you can't pocket the trade for later...Take the cash and use it on someone better.

In a similar spot.

I like him, he looked good before cramping and was on track for a solid score. Has the best JS of all rookies, better than Jones'. :-\

He is wasted on the bench, you either keep him and play him or trade him now.

Saving the trade was in regards to Super Coach, still limited on trades over there.

I was gunna trade him....But Robbo tonned up both games against the Pies last year...

Keep Robbo for now, if another stinker is put out for whatever reason then bye bye before the price drop

why the hell would you even consider NOT playing viney.

forget jones he is good but surely crouch will be better.

bench stevens after round 3, take the one price rise and bring in crouch.

thats what i will be doing in every comp i am in choosing my worst mid rook and turning him into crouch round 3 before crouch goes up.

Hmm now just wondering what to do with my second trade... not sure if to trade Robbo or use it somewhere else... only problem is that everyone is playing for me :(

this is not a problem :)

i had to use one for beams, and i am considering using the second to get in a "must have" player.

the "must haves" on my radar are burger, moloney, crouch.

crouch makes no sense to bring in before he has played two games as that way we get one price rise out of a rook we already have.

so basically if you see yourself wanting to bring certain players in before price rises you have 4 trades to use to get them in before round 3 price rises.

with burger and crouch you have 6 as they wont change until end round 3.

so probably no urgency to make trades, unless you want to sideways trade premiums you are either unsure of, or where you see a clear opportunity to score more points in the short term from the trade.

you can literally pick a player say a mid and swap him to the mid with the best matchup/ favourite opponent every week for the entire season if you like, but while that could make a big difference in points gained over the season, it could also fail every time you do it :)

I started with him to but I also was stupid enuff not to have Wines at the start. My thinking was Koby will start well 85 or so avg and Wines will start a lil slow. Haha!!!

I traded Koby to Oli! I think Koby will go 'ok' but I would trade to a rookie now, use the money elsewhere and u probs won't lose to much, if any points.
