Scotland?

How many weeks was Scotland missing suspended?

Will he come straight back into the team?

Was supposed to be a 2 week suspension. You would have to assume he does. He won the best and fairest last season, is clearly in the best 18 and still one of the best most consistent players at the club. If he doesn't then I would be scratching my head at that omission.

Yeah, hope so, picked him in one of my draft leagues and wasnt sure if it was rnd 2 or 3.

I was worried when I read someones theory about Malthouse not liking him. Since he was at the Pies when Scotland moved to Carlton

I actually said this before the season when Scotland had not signed and then repeated it before his suspension was dished out. I honestly thought as soon as he was named coach Scotty was going to retire and that is one of a long list of reasons I have been against the appointment. He was never a favourite of Malthouse while at the Pies which is the reason he was told to seek a trade and wound up at the Blues. I would start with Scotland every year in SC but before he was suspended this was the one season I was not going to. I just have a bad feeling this year that he is either not going to get games when he should or that he is just going to be used out of position. The NAB cup has been a pretty good example of this. Was not played the first two games, was used as the sub game three and played VFL in the grand final. I do however have Scotty in my draft team like you and you would expect he will be back for round 3 against the Cats. If he is not that just proves how big an egomaniac Malthouse is.

Looked good first up. I thought he was better then what he scored. You could tell how badly Carlton missed his disposal when you actually saw him hit a target, something a lot of the other guys have no idea about.
