Wow, nice score there. Looks like we are going to have a great rivalry between the Folders and Lambs when it comes around to us.

KoopKicka

Looks like I finished 4 points behind Togs on 1937, but I had no HGA.

Wow the Dongs going big getting over the 2000 barrier.

Colliwobblers

game centre up to date all results in, some big scores and the Dongs break the scoring record and are the first team to break the 2000 point barrier.

Ladder will be up soon

Gazelles never in doubt of beating the Dolphins.

The streets of Kathmandu in Euphoria after win.

Kathmandu has gone into party mode after hearing the news that the underdog Eskimos had down the Tigers in the blistering heat of Dubai.

Festivals are taking on the streets as I speak, fireworks are going off everywhere.

The  30.16 (196) 27.5 (167) performance was the upset of the round for most people, with only 3.4% of people on asiansxvtipping.biz tipping the Eskimos.

Several players reacted to the selection ramifications implemented by Coach KoopKicka last week. With Tendail Mzungu finally waking up and racking up 135 points. While Liam Picken grasped his XV début with both hands with a solid 102 to leave Andy Embley and David Ellard out of a position.

The defence was servicable with tons to both Clarke and Hibberd, Clarke in his XV debut. While Hibberd finally stood up as the stalwart of defence. Stevenson was also serviceable as was Firrito.

The main reason this victory is astounding is the forward line. With Rioli down on his usual dazzling form Jetta and Maister really had to step up. That they did, with Jetta racking up a ton, a polar opposite from last week and Maister being a massive presence in front of goals with an 88. Hendersen had the lowest score of the team. However his position looks safe as only Neade outscored him in the magoos.

Ryder thrived against his feeble oppositon, and while he was praised by coach KoopKicka, he was issued a stern reminder that he needs to do that week in week out. No matter the opponent.

The midfield was the major highlight, with Kathmandu leaving UAEs star studded midfield completely shellshocked. Cotchin ran rings around them with a 239 as he issued a stern reminder to Ebert that any slip up as captain and he was breathing down his neck. Ebert was also great with a 300+ Score.

Howlett is the real delight story of the Eskimos season so far. Coming into our team at the expense of Nathan Bock via Jay Schulz, he had big boots to fill. Hes made those boots explode as he's rocketed to the mantle of the highest points scorer. Daniel Hannebery is getting better as every match goes by, and Coach KoopKicka has slapped a future Brownlow winner tag on the young tyro.

Dustin Martin did all he could for the Tigers, but there were some disappointing scores across the board.

Coach KoopKicka had this to say after the game.

"Im proud of my playing group, this performance shows the respect they have for themselves and their team, couldnt be happier."

" While the usual suspects gave us a truckload of points, everyone stepped up across the board, and that what was got us the win., as I said, couldn't be happier"

Asked if he would join the celebrations when he touched down. He only had two words which startled some of the reporters.

"Flower yeah!"

"I havent looked at the finer points of players performances but you'll see 1 change at most for next weeks game."

"Hannebery? Oh, I was stoked when he fell to me in the draft, in the wet he produced a Masterclass, I wouldn't be surprised if he had a Brownlow medal around his neck before he retires."

"Howlett has already proven to be the trade of the summer, couldn't be happier with his performance. He knows he is under no pressure whatsoever for his spot and hopefully will back it up again next week."

"Brad and Trent were majestic again, and there will be a fierce rivalry for the Captain position all season. They are 2 of the most selfless players Ive ever seen."

"Michael finally stood up as the stalwart of our defence and hopefully he should replicate that every week and will become an integral part of our lineup"

"Paddy really needs to work on his toughness, while he went really well in the game his opposition was so feeble I could've prbably rucked and still got 3/4 of his score, so he needs to work on that at training, but I've got confidence that he can do that."

"Tendai really needs to pull his head out his ass and not wait until a final warning to put on a show, great performance however."

"We will regroup as a team and we can't wait to face Taiwan at home next week, they will be facing a baptism of ice in Kathmandu, our players are pumped, Ablett will be contained, mark my words, even if we have to shove 2 bloody taggers on him we will contain him, but I have faith in Liam to do the job, great performance from him too."

The Eskimos will go into next weeks clash with a lot of momentum, it remains to be seen whether they can combat GAJ and get across the line, but all will be answered in due time.

Quality Koop and nice win.

The coach of the Vipers at his press conference just had a dumb look on his face and nothing to say,
