Haha, you guys wish. I've had over 70,000 posts on forums over my long time on the planet so I've learnt that bias and not remaining objective is the fastest way to become hated. Up until 18 months ago I saw no good in Port and even struggled to post rationally or objectively on them.

The second worst thing to do is rocking up as a new bloke as acting like you own the joint and being an arrogant twat. But I've ignored that one to this day :p

I don't wish, I'm a Richmond supporter so I couldn't care less but I can tell you are definitely not an Adelaide supporter. Giving so much praise to a team you are meant to hate is one thing but the final straw was when you said "I do think you will comfortably have us (the crows) covered though". No Adelaide supporter would say that.
For starters Adelaide played in a prelim final last year while port struggled to win a handful of games down the bottom so it's illogical for anyone to think port would have Adelaide "comfortably covered" let alone an Adelaide supporter thinking that.
Not the words of an Adelaide supporter! And even if you are making an effort to not be bias in your views you still wouldn't announce a rival to have you covered even if they were a good team let alone one that's well below where you guys are at..

Now, I've read a lot of your posts and I'm pretty sure you've got plenty of characteristics that make you distinctive. I've met plenty of people like you over time; most I have no problem with and you're no exception. You've got passion and balls which of course is going to make you endearing (yet frustrating). I wouldn't be surprised if people considered you the lovable rogue. Amirite? Thought so.

I haven't had the opportunity to research that award so if I've misread and it is in fact 'poster of the year' then I apologise for the above conclusion drawn. I don't even want to have this discussion as I like insulting people's opinions, just not their character.

I don't really care about popularity polls. I care about having serious, insightful and intellectual football discussion; something you've proven yourself incapable of. I'd love having a yarn with you if you'd present you opinion in a kind way, and discuss facts. Nobody's going to accept your opinion because 'you said it' - they're going to accept it because you present a logical sequence of facts to support it. That's all I'm saying.
