Just interested to see which rookies you guys have, still haven't decided who I'm going with. Most people have Macaffer so I won't include him.

Atm I've got Neade and Dwyer but I'm considering bringing in Rowe...

Right now, I have mcaffer on the field (not a rook but rookie priced)

and neade and dwyer on the bench.

certain dwyer cant hold his spot, and while patton is tempting for SC ONLY he is too dear i will start dwyer and hope he flukes a few games until another option pops up to replace him...

dwyer was in the VFL team of the year last year he is very mature and AFL ready and CAN PLAY ! was a great get, but fact is.....

we (pies) just don't need him when the list is healthy ( thomas, krak, didak, ball )  all to come in - well maybe not didak - who knows...

but short of paying a FORTUNE for patton what options are there?

Apart from Caff, the only other rook in my FWDs is Dwyer, managed to squeese Karpark in at F6

I've got pretty much the same opinion with Dwyer. We know he is playing this week, and he's dirty cheap, plus he may manage to string a few games together. Otherwise he can hold a spot until Staker or someone else comes in

yes we need 3 in a row from him....

his pitfall is also his appeal = dirty cheap.

either need to leave some cash in the bank or get one price rise out of him to be able to trade him to a different more expensive rook.

Yeah it has to be done I think. Dwyer is a waste of a pick but he's basement priced anyway.
