Rich+Moloney vs JPK+Rookie

Yeah I'm worried about the tag vs Murphy, that's why I've decided not to start him :(

But Cotchin I really don't think you need to worry about the taggers and him mate, dealt with them last year so he'll be able to do it this year ;)

Is there anyone else you could choose instead of JPK? Murphy/Redden/Selwood/Swallow even Dangerfield are better options than JPK....

Oops forgot to mention that the JPK option leaves 100k in the bank and he could actually be anyone.
Chose him because of the rd12 bye.
Don't want to start Beams and would rather see Cotch, Lids and Murph before I decide.
Already have Ablett, Swan, Pendles and Watson.
Who would you guys choose?

That changes things then. A Lids/Mitchell combo could be the way to go in that case.

Well after seeing these thoughts on screen and gathering some opinions I don't think I'll be going with any of the original options :o
I was crazy about Cotch last season and the way he handled the tag and played games out, so he is joining Ablett, Swan, Pendles and Jobe in my midfield.

Neither were tagged much well at all actually in the past 2 seasons.

Rich has a booming and exceptionally accurate kick, he is efficient and extremely damaging to opposition teams, just because he didn't get as many possession and get on everyone's dream team radars doesn't not mean opposition teams did not and will not continue to see him as the lions most dangerous midfielder.

mate no matter who you pick outta cotch/deledio/swallow/selwood/murph/beams etc they're all gonna get tagged, theyre all proven guns so pick one and go with it :) got cotch atm! cant see his avg decreasing...only way is up :)

Every week. People saying he'll be sub, lucky to play etc are fools.

He was the best player in the whole WAFL last season. Immense in every game, is a superstar and is in their top 5 mids imo.

Will play as many games as possible (i.e. when not injured/suspended) and will accumulate decent scores.

Immense in every game? You watched every game? all midfielders have bad games/average games..

Tho i do agree that he should average 70+

I'm a Claremont member, went to every home game last season and almost half of the away games, plus a few away games I watched on tv. Never had a bad game.

yes i get the joke, and i am sure i will find a way to eat my hat, teeth or no teeth, but still i doubt rocky or redden will be tagged ahead of rich :)  but the one week one of them is i will be ready to eat my hat, may have to boil it and eat it through a straw.
