Last year when collingwood vsed carlton carrazzo tagged Beamer to 78 points and he tagged pendles to 62 in the other game(Im sure many of us still remember that game....).
Now historically Malthouse doesn't use taggers, but he has at his disposal one who historically tags collingwood superstars very well (which i'm sure he is aware of). Surely he will use carrots to tag one of them?
Personally I think he will tag beamer for the first half, then possibly move onto pendles later.
Anyone else considering starting Beamer and Pendles for round 1 (they should score very well) then trading them to someone else for round 2, then bringing them back in very quickly?
After round 1 you generally wouldn't be trading in rookies (but i guess this year you could and wouldn't suffer any drastic consequences) so you have these 2 trades you can use to trade premiums.

I'm just not starting Pendles all together. I think Beams will come back a little bit, definitely won't improve, but yeah that Carlton game is tricky to figure out and Collingwood have Hawthorn in round 3... anything could happen there. I would look elsewhere if I was you, but it's a shame that picking Stanton has already passed and Boyd is injured!
