who should I go for mids outta these blokes: selwood, redden, jpk, murphy, swallow?

Last year against Richmond: 116, 113
Last year against Collingwood: 139
Last year at MCG: 116, 139, 114, 113, 163

But I'd also consider Selwood and JPK, have great starts to the season ;)

I reckon Murph will comfortably over 103, 110+ I think so I would go for him out of those options. Underpriced, with JPK a good POD a close second. Who the hell calls Selwood "Jellers"  ??? ::)

Murphy has ranged from very poor to dreadful this pre-season. Spud will get tagged every week and struggle to improve his dt average.

and he doesn't hit a decent tagger until Saints... Murphy to go 115+ over the first 6 rounds
