MELBOURNE:
Rohan Bail (concussion) 1 week
Max Gawn (hamstring) 2 weeks

THE unavailable list is thin but that doesn’t translate into the Dees having little to worry about. Super boots Mitch Clark and Chris Dawes have combined for just 100 minutes of football this pre-season, placing them in extreme doubt for Sunday’s duel with Port Adelaide, while co-captain Jack Trengove is in a similar boat. That trio donned Casey colours in a VFL scratch match on Saturday in the desperate search for match fitness, and coach Mark Neeld faces some tough dilemmas on whether to pick his underdone stars this week. But father-son star Jack Viney is expected to debut after overcoming a neck injury and impressing for the Scorpions.

I expect one of Clark or Dawes to play, but my gut tells me Trengove won't.

God I hope we win on Sunday lol

If he is let off by the VFL tribunal then i think he will play, could be dependant on if Trenners plays though.

If The Gun son and Jimmy the Gun both play, who gets the vest?

If Trenners doesn't play and all is as i assume it will be then i'd say:

Vest candidates (in order of most likely):

1. Neville Jetta
2. Dean Kent
3. Jimmy Toumpas
4. Jack Viney
5. Sam Blease
6. David Rodan

Thanks :D

This game is huge, Port will be much better so the Dee's need to be also, at this stage Port will win the midfield, Wines v Viney ;D

Toumpas v Wingard maybe? Big ask of Jimmy but two players I loved in the SANFL

I am tipping Port, let's hope the Demon youth has developed as well as Port's and we get a belter 8)

Here's hoping its a good game.

Definitely want to see Viney v Wines. Personally i think we may see Pittard v Toumpas for most of the game.

Purple 77

Yeah this game is huge. Albeit no premiership threats, this game serves as an indicator for the year to come for both teams IMO

MTTY

I agree Purple, lose this and most likely bottom 4, win and possibly a 14-11th place finish.

Ziplock

haha.

best thing about this game, is that one team is going to become the biggest losers ever :P
