Lecras fracrured arm operate tomorrow

Noz

Was it fractured i heard he broke it, If so that would be another 6 weeks on top of that.

lozza71

Just going on what the radio has said. Worsefold press conference

the captain

Tempted to just keep him on the bench if it's only 2-3 weeks, especially with the split round, could only miss 1 game if he's lucky?

quinny88

Lol I think Woosha is a little optimistic if he thinks a fractured arm is only going to be 2-3.. A fracture would be more like 6 weeks but who knows the extent of it etc

Marstar

Not to be pedantic, but a fracture is the medical term for a broken bone. There are multiple forms of fractures, and i concede there are a couple fractures where the bone isn't completely broken.

I didnt see it unfortunately (what i mean is i can't really comment!), but it will depend on which bone he broke + how bad it is... he could possibly wear a soft cast no? Is that still allowed? Only if its in the forearm. .. if its the humerus its not so humorous- could miss a few indeed.

Lecras was going to pick up the ball, Mzungu came flying in and turned his back to him hitting him front on with his butt pretty much. Lecras took most of the force to his forearm region, used his jumper as a sling of sorts and came off the ground in the trainers arms.

Might as well start the guessing game ?

Avulsion Fracture 3-4 weeks in a cast.

Griffo1982

Fracture/break either way it will be more than 2-3 weeks & with 30 trades & being a forward I'd be trading him unless you have the luxury of having Macaffer on the bench & not having Berger as R2.

Kennedy could be a good option for him.

Colliwobblers

i dont have him i was so close in every fantasy comp - super star. feel bad for him, shocking luck.

hopefully he comes back sooner rather than later and in as good a form as he showed tonight. love him as a player and by all reports a decent bloke too.

i would trade him out in a heartbeat if you have him in DT, but SC with only 30 trades it is a much harder decision, looks like a definite keeper and if only 2-3 weeks that may be a trade you don't want to burn

still a fair chunk of money on your bench for however many weeks it runs out to.

blah128

I don't have him but if I did and he's out for just 2-3 weeks I'd keep him. May become unique if a lot of people jump off him. He lasted 3 quarters of the game and was one of the eagles best until that point so scored well. Would be a different story if he came off in the 1st and scored less than 10 but he's still set for a price increase when he returns

No way it's 2-3 weeks. I had a fracture in my wrist last year and the GP couldn't see it and I was out for 5 weeks no sport and then another 2 on top of that to regain muscle strength and I'm under 18 and usually people over the age of 20 there bones recover slower. I reckon his looking at over 8 weeks to regain match fitness and regain strength and confidence in his arm

i've been lucky so far, missed the injuries..........................................

and also the big scorers  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
