262/3 looking like a great score so far :P

Very happy with the Stantonator, away at the crows is never easy but he (and the bombers) did very well.

Goddard disappointing but everybody has him.

Dys wasn't that great dt-wise but played very well, the points will start flowing through soon.

And most of all very proud of my bombers, premier 2013 here we come! #AlreadyTop #AlreadyLeadingTheBrownlow

Scrads

122/2. Flowering traded Ablett to Dangerfield 1day before lockout.

shower DT night though, was awesome to be at the game however.

Heppel was great and goddard went bang when he needed to and the bombers won so eat a d!ck and stop being a greedy c@nt.

What a win. Low scoring dt wise. But i dont care.

harsh but 100% agree, players do not go out there looking for dt points they go looking to play their hearts out for their side and hope to come out with the four points. Obviously Matt didn't watch the game to see how dominant we were and how crucial Goddard and Dys' performances were to our victory.

Bit of an overreaction there, mate. xD

I watched the game and you guys were fantastic, but $940 k investment id expect more then 147 points

owenbond007

considering the conditions and style of game 147 points from 2 defenders aint so bad especially considering most serious dters will have one of em or more than likely both you didnt fall behind the 8-ball so dont stress

Matt_352

Congrats on the win though, you guys were great :)

Why bother? Only endurence athletes can survive under the current rules!
Tex and Danger aren't playing well, better blame it on something else!
Don't overlook the damage the idiot has done!

Typical crows supporter, it's never their players fault for poor performances, no credit at all goes to the opposition for good game preparation and execution. An attitude fueled by a adelaide media bias and the fans eat it up and think they are premiership favourites every year, even with neil craig and gary aryes coaching.

We already knew danger was suspect under a tag and essendon tagged him well. Expect quiet games from him.

1 games is no cause for such alarm.

Tyes

203/3 Heppell, Goddard and Belly

Was looking like a decentish score at half time, but then Belly and Heppell dropped off the face of the planet (Dt wise). Heppell was everywhere early and played heaps of time through the midfield, and Belly could have kicked another 2 goals. Score wasnt promising but the signs were there :)

198/3 Goddard, Heppell, Danger. What shower start I had Watson instead of Danger the other day too.

Windigo

Only had the Godd, watched the game and not the scores and was very surprised that Godd got 71 after an absolute shocker!  :P

Heppell was everywhere but I was surprised he only got 76, I don't think his ceiling is as big as people may think...But it's early days! Safe to safe I can't wait for Hartlett next week!  8)

Did anyone else think Goddard looked slow and heavy? Also Heppell was smashing it in the first half and then came to a stop after the break. From memory he was around 50ish points before the break

Windigo

Maybe Heppell just ran out of legs?  ???

As for Godd, he looked like an old man and ran like he was as stiff as aboard, or like he needed to take a shower.  :P
