Don't get me started on banned betting accounts. It's flowering bullshower how many accounts I have lost.

The new Centrebet, Bet 365 and Sportsbet who I bet with now.

Sportsbet let me on to win around 3k on a Mid week horse race a few weeks ago which got up. Starting to get a bit more restricted. I used to be able (If I wanted to) get on to win 5-10k per race but down nowadays to 3-5k.

Even with the minimum bet rules where in City races you have to be let on to win 2k the corporates some just don't give a flower. Ladbrokes, William Hill are the worst. Got barred ages ago from William Hill and never bothered opening a Ladbrokes account given previous history of mates of mine with them.

Even with sportsbet right now they will let me on to win $800 on Richmond H2H (max bet $568) which is BS. I'm guessing for others it is a lot less.

Max bet if I back Carlton is $134.

If I take Richmond and Bulldogs in a Multi they will allow a bet of $1629

Anyway i'm going to load up on a Richmond H2H/Western Bulldogs H2H/Melbourne Storm 13+ multi this weekend. Paying $5.88 with sportsbet currently. They will allow a max of $2172 on this.

So you can back multis but in single bets you are limited.

I'm gonna tail you, from the sounds of it you know what you're doing!

I used to for a few years but stopped.  Can get very tedious with multiple agencies.

I was about to say the agencies should have a section where you can view it all but that would be silly as people would realise they are losing and stop ;)

I'm surprised the government hasn't come up with this and made it a legal requirement. Most apps seem to have a one or two week history you can look at but they would definitely have data much further back they could display for you.

Just a heads up, Tabtouch have a special for the first 4 rounds of AFL.  If your team scores 60+ pts but lose get cash back up to $50.  Great special and prob the only agency that is still giving cash back as opposed to "free bets" which suck.

That does seem pretty good!

Basically just pick underdogs you see having a chance and if they win boom if they lose just hope they score 60+

Yeah, or pick the faves to build a bank...prob wouldn't tip low scoring teams like Freo though.

Pick high scorers every week? Weekly Sydney bets seem worthwhile with that deal.
Says it excludes NSW, Vic & SA residents :(

I've never not been able to bet on the promos when they say WA excluded and I've always been paid out...I heard its something they have to put in the T&C's but tend to pay out anyway.
I find that with Sportsbet, but both Crownbet and William Hill have blocked me on some promotions
Interestingly, on the home page it says excludes NSW, Vic & SA residents, yet in the T&Cs it only says excludes NSW residents.

Looks like I'm opening a Tabtouch account ;)
I found out that even when it says excludes certain states, check the next few lines which says "Certain rule (insert number) does/does not apply and I know living in SA majority of the time it doesn't actually exclude me

Any sites doing 5 leg multi deals this year? I really like Richmond, Bulldogs, Saints, Sydney, Gold Coast

Bummer. Might chuck some cash on anyway. $6.61 combined odds with Sportsbet.

Considering how it ruins so many lives I think they should take greater measures into stopping people.

And this is from a person who could find themselves working in the industry ;D

I think someone in here mentioned it a while back. They said it "excludes" the residents because the law says they have to, but they still pay out of good will to those people. Something like that anyway I can't remember exactly.

Where are all the fantasy betting markets nowadays? I see William Hill has some "to score over x points" markets (they're all crap ones as far as I can see) but it's AF scoring only. And Sportsbet has nothing now.

Sportsbet fantasy and SC markets I think only come out after teams have been named

Sweet. I usually put $100 in at the start of the AFL season and bet until I run out of money. Last year ended about $300 up but I'm really tempted to put all $100 on (across different bets) to start the season.

Thoughts on these so far?
1. Tigers, Bulldogs, Swans, Suns, Saints multi ($6.61)
2. Swans/JPK 30+ disposals ($2)
