Thoughts on Adelaide on Thursday? 5 day break for the Cats... What kind of head start would you give the Crows?

I've gone Geelong +22.5 in my multi.  I think Crows win, but can't see them blowing a team out.

Geelong have come in from $2.06 to $1.90 today on pointsbet. I reckon they’re the better team but a 5 day break is tough

I'm expecting them to beat us comfortably

Jacobs out is a pretty big loss. Crows tend to lift at home against Danger though.

Ehh Jacobs is cooked, if anything it helps us cause there's no way Sauce would be able to follow Stanley, an aerobic beast, around the ground, while ROB is quite a good runner himself (top 6 both time trials in pre season). Geelong's defence has been fantastic so far while Adelaide's inside 50 entries have been awful, I'm expecting a repeat of R1 against the Hawks but worse.

Not sure if I posted it here, but put a bet on Dom Sheed for most Eagles Brownlow votes paying $26.  I put $15 on it as that was the max the bookie allowed, so profit is around $400 if he wins which he won't, but my cash out is already at $108 which is over 1/4 of the  full bet!?!?  :o  I should take the money and run, but reckon he will go off again against the Pies.

Don't think it would drop to more than $70, but yeah it's the smart thing to do.

I reckon Geelong is still pretty good odds. Beaten Collingwood who are flag favourites and dees who I still think are a top 8 side. Crows have lost to hawks who aren’t the best of teams and then beat the swans who looked pretty slow round 1 and 2...
