French Open Day 1

I am on
Copil vs Ramos-Vinolas  = Ramos-Vinolas -6
Robredo vs Evans = Robredo
Bellucci vs Lajovic = Belluci
Boserup vs Kvitova = Kvitova
Mchale vs Kuznetsova = Mchale +6.5
Giorgi vs Dodin = Giorgi

singles plus all multied up at 19.3
A few risks but i think are worth the chance.

Can you give us an idea of how many units for each of your singles?

At the moment i only bet 1 unit on any match. I dont adjust based on odds as i back in being able to pick ahead of value.

Chuck Sebastian Vettel to win the Monaco GP in your multis. He is $1.91 to win the Monaco GP tonight.

Ferrari should use team orders to get him the lead over Raikkonen who qualified ahead of Vettel given the terrible qualifying position of Lewis Hamilton to maximise a gain in the championship lead for Vettel.

Looks good, wouldn't be surprised if Kuznetsova runs away with it though.

I'm on Makarova +3.5 & Zeballos to win which both look good so far. Have a few small multis too but early days.

R.Griffen

got Makarova to win. Killing Kerber atm, Kerber's form had been shocking but the multi won't get up though :(

Would like 2-1 Makarova win otherwise

LordSneeze

Yeah Kerber has been really poor all preseason, but didn't want to risk against her in the first round unless it was really good odds.
Zeballos was always going to win after Mannarin DF on set point and smashed a racquet, hard to put yourself together mentally after doing something like that

I reckoned Robredo and Giorgi were my risker picks. Robredo is getting on a bit & Giorgi can either be on or off on any given day.
Ramos Vinolas & Kvitova have already got up, Mchale a really big chance only needing 2 games in the second set and serving first, but Kuzzy could run away with it of she breaks early.

Good call on Mchale. Yeah, Robredo is a bit iffy. Depends on which Evans turns up, not sure he'll win but I think he could extend it to 4-5 sets. I stayed away from Giorgi/Dodin because I think it could either way.

I have Evans to win a set in a multi with Tomic +8.5 (banking on him at least serving well) + Belucci to win. Small stake, want to boost the bank for the rest of the tournament.

Ferrari pulled Raikkonen into the pits early, gave Vettel the overcut (which was the better strategy and effectively team orders) and Vettel then won the race easily.

Good result from Dan Ricciardo to get 3rd.

Mchale is a battler, always has been, very rare she gets demolished.
On any other surface i take Evans, but on clay is Evans worst and Robredos best. His movement and nous should get him over the line, but Evans if he shows up could win a set or even the match.
Giorgi and Dodin are probably 2 of the biggest hitters on the womens game, which is what makes it risky. Giorgi has the experience and coming in off a few good wins.
Tomic is risky given the form Thiem has been in, even if he serves well it might not be enough. Watching the first few games and i think its only a matter of time before Theim breaks him. What is ith that outfit though, atrotious.

Good call on Vettel Aaron, i threw a small one onto it aswell.

5/6 Not too shabby. Was around a 3-4 stake profit.

Anyone follow cricket?

Australia vs Pakistan
Anyone to score a century - $1.72 Bet365 (havent looked at other bookies)

Seems very tempting, especially worth nothing that one boundary is only 42 metres.

Thoughts?

Yes, it is only a warmup match to the ICC Champions Trophy, so I would be very hesitant in taking that on,
