i'm really bored thought i'd list all my bets so far only 9 days to go :P

Trifecta
Ablett /Selwood /Swan @ 15.00 =$10.00

Trifecta
Pendlebury /Selwood /Griffen @ 1001.00 =$2.00 lol

Trifecta
Pendlebury /Ablett /Selwood @ 91.00 =$6.00

Trifecta
Selwood /Pendlebury /Ablett @ 67.00   =$10.00

Trifecta
Selwood /Ablett /Pendlebury @ 41.00 =$10.00

Trifecta
Ablett /Pendlebury /Selwood @ 31.00   =$10.00

Most Team Votes Multi - Pendles, Fyfe, Cameron, Mitchell, Harvey, Cotchin, Jack @19.17 =$25.00

Elite Player Handicap
Scott Pendlebury +5.0 @ 10.00 =$25.00

so that's $98 all up but i'm pretty confident in hitting a trifecta or even two if there's a tie lol, confident in the most team votes multi and the Pendles handicap can see myself doing quite well here

Good work mate, There is money to be made in the team betting as they tend to get a few areas wrong each year.

You don't think Swallow did enough before his injury to poll most votes for Kangas?  Think he's a good shot at a rough bet.

Also got on Cane Kornes as I could not resist the odds of $51 which have come right in to $12 within a few days!

A few other roughies I have my eye on are Nick Riewoldt, not convinced on Priddis as I think Cox, Kennedy and Masten have had a pretty consistent year until right at the end for Kennedy.  Libba could just beat out Griffen, but not sure how Griffen has polled previously.  I think Stevie J will poll top 5, pity about the suspension. Murphy is not too bad a bet at $3, noone else has really shone, but who knows with how much the umps love Judd, Kreuz started well too until injury. Sydney is tough because they could all poll around the same area, but a sneaky on ROK might be worth it, had him at $51 too which has come right in now.

Anyway I might put some multi's out there with dead certs and add 1 or 2 roughies to hopefully snag a big payout.

kilbluff1985

nah Swallow had hardly any clear BOG games where as Harvey had 4 or 5

kilbluff1985

what do you guys think about the doubles sportsbet has Freo/Pendles@29.00 looks good value worth $10 i reckon

I don't think Hawks can lose this year, they are more focused than they have been in the past.

kilbluff1985

yeah i just thought the odds were good but prob to unlikely

Ricochet

I like it mate. Freo will definitely get there so worth the value they are at now
Pendles, not too sure about

"Things that make you go mmmmmmmmm"

Barlow over fyfe, fyfe was very very good, but perhaps think a little overhyped and still not in the top 4 or 5 players going around as a lot would suggest.

Boomer by about 5 votes

JPK a long third, jack/hanneberry prettyy much square on my count.

Ward good value, think he will get it with 3 votes in thier only win.

I'm leaning more twards Fyfe now, I think it was last year before he got injured he was leading the count, the guy gets noticed and gets votes so I think he will be a lot higher than people think, shame he got rested, guy should win a brownlow in his career I reckon if Freo can string together a few good seasons and not get any more injuries.

Thinking more and more than Swan is going to be right up there with votes past Pendles now.  The guy polls like previous players Voss and Black who just rack them up from being on the ground and getting the ball, think he is in the same category, he just doesn't stand out as much as Ablett and Selwood, but he is a big danger to upset so roping him into all my trifectas.

A) Deledio,McVeigh,Libba,Rocky,Sloane,Mundy

B) Wingard, D.Jackson, Bartel, M. Murphy, Wells, Birchall

C) Roo, McLean, Westhoff, Goddard, Ziebell, Sidebottom.

Who would we pick out of each of these 3 groups to get the most no of votes?

Do you think Murphy can beat jackson and wingard? How much do you think Murphy is gonna poll?
Goddard/McLean could even pip roo. so hard to call.
