He kicked 2, 1 in each quarter. He also kicked number 7 to put Carlton back in front. Waite is my favourite Carlton player so I have a bit of bias when it comes to him, but when Carlton kicking the ball into him, he was unstoppable. Hurley sort of killed his influence, but he was able to lead up the ground and get some touches while still kicking 2 goals. He would have to be in the votes, but who knows.

Like most of them mate, but surely hanneberry's gotta get the 3? 42 possies and a goal, sure ROK had a lot of tackles but he had 15 less disposals. I reckon tackles don't catch the umpires eye as much. Agree with the rest though.

Graham Moss chalked up 48 votes in 1976 when the same voting system was used.

That was the only two years that system was used.



On the 3-2-1 system I believe the record was 34 by Swanny in 2011.
