backs: id serious consitor hibbard instead of dempsy, averaged 96 in the NAB, and is a lot cheeper.
mids: dont like martin id change him to mundy or perhaps fyfe if you can afford
rucks: Really hope ryder has a good year as a bomber fan. I chose tbell but IF ryder gets confidence he could be as good as anyone in the AFL.
fwds: pretty sure daniher wont play R1, but could be good on the bench, Varcoe to kennedy? not sure on the Pav as he is comming off injury and didnt have much of a preseason. perhaps Franklin, Rockcliff, or Tex walker.

Backs: get rid of Dempsey will be too inconsistent.
Mids: First team i have seen have Dustin Martin in the Mids better off up fwd.maybe Fyfe or Mundy
Get Rid of Couch
Rucks: Strong Rucks
Fwds: Get rid of Petrenko replace with Martin & Varcoe to Kennedy.

Overall: may need to reconsider some players here e.g Varcoe & Daniher. 7.5/10

I agree with jackel82's recommendations, I do like the fact your team looks alot more unique than others i've seen though.
