How much cash do you have left mate?

First thing I would do is get another one or two back premos, Gibbs is pretty much a must have this year so start with him, then maybe consider Heppel, Grimes or Hartlett. Your rook choices are solid though.

You need one of either Ablett or Swan, depending on your cash I would upgrade Rich to either one of the pair. I like your other mid choices Swallow and Kennedy are fairly unique and should improve and each go 105+. I would also downgrade Varcoe to Wines.

I would get Currie in for Grundy that way if Goldy goes down you will always have a R2.

Harvey is suspended for the first 6 weeks, so I would upgrade him to another Fwd premo. Someone like Rocky or Zorko. Rocky is another must have this year so I would get him in somehow. I have also never known Lynch to be a good scorer and LeCras is just to awkward a price when coming pack from an ACL, so I would downgrade him to Karnezis, and upgrade Lynch to another mid pricer like Petterd or someone similar. Other option are Byrnes or Harper.
